Sembazuru: Temple of Community will be a larger than life rendition of an origami crane at Burning Man 2008. We invite you to explore the Temple of Community to see what we have in store for the playa. We hope you’ll be inspired by what you find.

The Temple of Community will be located at 8:15, about 1,100 feet out from the man. We’re packing up mid-week to head out! The Temple of Community will rise in flames at SUNRISE on SUNDAY, AUGUST 31st, just a handful of hours after the man burns. Thank you to everyone who has donated their time, energy and money to this project. See you there!

Sohei Meet ‘n Greet!

The Rue Morgue (9:00 Plaza @ 8:00) will be hosting three Sohei Meet ‘n Greets. They’ll be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4-6 pm. Please plan to attend one of these M-n-G’s or come by the camp to get your orientation and details about the shifts. We could still use a few more bodies - if you know anyone that is still looking for somewhere to volunteer, we’d love to meet them! For details, click here!
